Original price was: 15.755,00 €.Current price is: 12.699,00 €. incl. VAT

FENOMIS Ventum 1 and 2 heat pumps (now in their 2nd generation) were developed as a multifunctional solution with heating, cooling / air conditioning and domestic hot water heating as standard for new builds – modern ultra-low-energy houses. Output optimised for the heat loss of the heated building with the required output guaranteed down to -20˚C without auxiliary electric or other heating, and excellent seasonal efficiency (depending on sizing), makes them practically predestined to serve as the source of heating and cooling for most of today’s low-energy new builds. The properties of the R290 refrigerant and high water outlet temperatures of over +75˚C, even in extreme frost, likewise make them an excellent heat source for older heating systems with radiators.

  • Its extremely low average operating power input will automatically place your home in energy class A+++
  • A heating water outlet temperature of +55°C as standard (with a maximum of up to +78˚C in the High Temperature and Hybrid versions) and the ability to heat effectively and economically at temperatures of -25˚C as standard (the Extreme Heating version even down to -32°C) guarantee excellent real-world SCOP values, as standard from 4.18 up to 5.6 depending on the specific operating conditions and the choice of a suitable unit.
  • Extremely quiet from just 29 dB at 0.5 m from the outdoor unit (applies to the Ultra silent version), even at temperatures close to 0˚C, depending on other specific operating conditions.

Fenomis VENTUM heat pumps are the very first heat pumps on the market that can be upgraded over time, and investing in their maintenance and repairs genuinely pays off even at a point when competing heat pumps have definitively reached the end of their service life.

They represent a modern, technically well-thought-out range of air-to-water solutions designed for family homes, apartment buildings and smaller commercial applications. Their development and design are built on real operating experience and physical principles, not on chasing laboratory figures with no relation to practice.

EXTREMELY long service life. The all-stainless-steel frame and casing are only the beginning. At first glance, the clean lines underline its elegant, ageless design.

  • What is hidden inside is just as important, however. The key components and the functional unit as a whole are engineered for the maximum possible service life of more than 30 years (including the compressor) while maintaining the highest possible efficiency and reliability.
  • Optionally applied technologies Fenomis infinity Non-cycle (eliminates compressor cycling almost completely) and Lifeadapt (over time, instead of expensive repairs, the heat pump is upgraded to its advantage) can extend the service life to more than 50 years while maintaining efficiency on a par with the heat pumps that will be current at that time.

This approach ensures that the value of these heat pumps declines only minimally compared with the competition, and on the contrary can even rise over time.

Age is not just a number – with Fenomis you are ready for the future. That is also why special multi-layer protection and safety mechanisms are applied.

And as if that were not enough, Fenomis has insisted on a host of details that increase the protection of components and guarantee that even if any single component fails, the remaining parts are independently protected to an above-standard degree, so they do not endanger the others, minimising the impact and cost of any repairs.

The core philosophy of the VENTUM range is reliable and exceptionally long-lasting operation in Central European conditions, where a heat pump must cope not only with short spells of frost but also with long winter periods, transitional seasons with low heat demand and, at the same time, summer cooling of the building. The design, the control system and the overall system concept are all conceived so that the unit runs stably throughout the year without unnecessary compromises.

Behind this approach stands the Fenomis brand with long-term technical development and real hands-on experience. In 2026 it will already be 20 years since the first Fenomis heat pump was manufactured, which is still in operation today and continues to serve its original purpose. This continuity is not the result of chance, but of rigorous engineering design, conservative sizing and a focus on long-term functionality rather than short-term trends.

As early as 2019, Fenomis introduced heat pumps with the natural refrigerant R290 into series production, at a time when most of the world’s manufacturers were still only preparing their transition to the R32 refrigerant. Time has shown that this transition was not equally manageable for all manufacturers – some have not mastered it to this day, others carried it out at the cost of significant technical compromises, and only some manufacturers managed to implement it without negative impacts on operation, noise levels or equipment lifespan.

Fenomis took the no-compromise route back when it was not yet the market standard. It was precisely for the introduction of the natural refrigerant R290 into series production that Fenomis received the 2019 award from the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic for the Innovative Act of the Year, which confirms that this was not a marketing move but a technically and systemically sound decision, as well as a timeless and significant innovation. The introduction of the R290 refrigerant into series production, and the mass adoption of this innovation by the global leaders, only confirmed the head start and innovativeness of Fenomis heat pumps over the competition.

Today, Fenomis offers solutions that represent a technological lead of roughly six years over the standard production of the major manufacturers. In other words, these are heat pumps designed with a view to where the market will actually be in the years ahead – not to what happens to sell easily today.

That is also why Fenomis heat pumps have earned several awards from experts and technical assessors in recent years.

A multifunctional solution without supplementary heat sources

Fenomis VENTUM 1 and VENTUM 2 heat pumps (2nd generation) are conceived as fully fledged multifunctional units in which heating, cooling (air conditioning) and domestic hot water heating are a standard part of the solution. There is no need to add separate heat or cooling sources to the system – all the essential functions are integrated in a single unit.

Output of VENTUM heat pumps is optimised for the heat loss of the heated building, not for maximum peak figures of no practical relevance. The units are designed to deliver the required heating output down to –20 °C without an auxiliary electric or other supplementary heat source, which is a fundamental difference compared with many common solutions on the market.

High outlet temperatures and a wide range of uses

The use of the natural refrigerant R290 combined with a robust design makes it possible to achieve heating water outlet temperatures of over +75 °C, even at low outdoor temperatures. This makes Fenomis VENTUM heat pumps suitable not only for modern low-temperature systems such as underfloor heating, but also for renovations of older buildings with radiator heating systems.

This range of use significantly simplifies system design and broadens the heat pump’s possible applications without the need to replace the entire heating system.

Genuinely above-standard seasonal efficiency and exceptionally low energy consumption

The emphasis on stable operation and output optimisation translates directly into real seasonal efficiency (SCOP), which in practice ranges from approximately 4.18 in extreme conditions up to 5.6 at its best – depending on the specific operating conditions, the type of heating system and the correctly selected output variant.

The extremely low average operating power input allows the building to be placed in energy class A+++, which has a direct impact on long-term running costs as well as the value of the property.

Quiet operation as a real parameter

The Fenomis VENTUM range is designed with an emphasis on low noise under real operating conditions, not only at minimum output or in a laboratory environment. The noise level of the outdoor unit can reach values from just 29 dB at a distance of 0.5 m, even at temperatures close to 0 °C, depending on the specific mode and operating conditions.

This makes Fenomis VENTUM heat pumps suitable even for densely built-up residential areas where acoustic comfort is a key factor.

Fenomis INFINITY technologies (optional – at extra cost)

Fenomis VENTUM heat pumps use Fenomis INFINITY technologies, which represent a systematic approach to control, service life and operating comfort. These are not individual marketing features but interconnected solutions focused on stability, quiet running, the elimination of cycling, the ability to heat even at low temperatures, cooling as standard and the option of connecting several units in a cascade.

  1. Fenomis Infinity Heating – takes heating capabilities to a new level, down to -32°C, while maintaining sufficient output and heating water temperature for typical heated buildings
  2. Fenomis Infinity NON-Cycle – a unique solution from the Fenomis workshop that almost completely eliminates heat pump compressor cycling, which has more or less been the main drawback of competing heat pumps with modulating output control for decades
  3. Fenomis Infinity LifeAdapt – combined with the all-stainless-steel frame and casing, this solution ensures that Fenomis heat pumps need not degrade over time but, on the contrary, “mature like wine”, because they allow both software and structural “updates” that let them adapt and keep pace with the times
  4. Fenomis Infinity Ultra Silent – pushes the boundaries of noise to the lowest possible levels, with real-world measurements as low as 29 dB at a distance of just 0.5 m, all at full operation and an outdoor temperature of around 0°C! With this technology Fenomis introduces “a new parameter – silence”
  5. Fenomis Infinity Cascador – allows multiple Fenomis heat pumps of different types and outputs to be combined into a “cascade”, practically without restriction, up to a total cascade output of approximately 2MW! – compatibility with this technology is a standard feature of all Fenomis heat pumps manufactured from 2025 onwards

For specific needs depending on the heating water temperature, 4 temperature and technical variants are also available:

  1. Low-temperature (Low Temperature) up to a heating water temperature of +55°C
  2. Medium-temperature (Medium Temperature) up to a heating water temperature of +65°C
  3. High-temperature (High Temperature) up to a heating water temperature of +78°C
  4. Hybrid high-temperature (Hybrid High Temperature) up to a heating water temperature of +90°C

Who the Fenomis VENTUM range is designed for

Fenomis VENTUM heat pumps are particularly suitable for:
– newly built low-energy and ultra-low-energy houses
– renovations of family homes, including radiator systems
– buildings requiring quiet operation
– users looking for a single central source of heating, cooling and domestic hot water
– applications where the emphasis is on long-term reliability and predictable operation

An important recommendation on system design

The correct choice of a heat pump and its output configuration is always the result of a comprehensive technical assessment of the specific building. The design takes into account, above all, the building’s heat loss, the nature and sizing of the heating system, the hydraulic layout and the anticipated operating pattern. Only an individually designed system makes it possible to achieve the expected efficiency, quiet operation and long-term reliability of the heat pump under real conditions.

Notice

  1. The stated technical data, outputs and parameters are general information based on the design and control of the unit and on typical operating conditions. The values actually achievable in a specific building are always determined and confirmed only on the basis of a professional system design that takes individual operating conditions into account; until such a design has been drawn up, all the stated data are purely indicative. The professional system design is carried out before the purchase of the specific heat pump.
  2. Some of the stated parameters, functions or operating characteristics may or may not be achievable in the heat pump’s basic configuration, and achieving them may require optional or extra-cost equipment, a specific technology or a particular system connection method, which is always the subject of an individual professional design and also depends on the customer’s requirements.
